WE'RE HIRING
We are accepting applications for:
- Direct Care Workers (full-time & part-time)
- Awake Overnight Staff
- Weekend Caregivers
- On-call Caregivers
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a member of the Great Care Home team, you will help residents live safely and independently by:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities.
- Preparing meals and snacks.
- Providing medication reminders and assistance.
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
- Engaging residents in activities and companionship.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home.
- Documenting resident care and communicating with the care team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Pass criminal background check
- Complete required fingerprinting
- Current BLS/CPR Certification or willingness to obtain prior to employment
- Reliable, compassionate and professional
- Be able to work independently and a part of a team
- Caregiving experience is preferred, but NOT required
- Strong communication skills

Training & Development:
New team members receive orientation, ongoing education, and continued support to help them succeed. We provide training in resident rights, infection prevention, emergency preparenedss, demntia care, edication assistance, communciation skills, and person-centered care. Performance coaching and evaluations are conducted throughout the year to promote professional growth.
